ABOUTA small summary of Chupacabra:This is an initiative I started with the idea of releasing friends or people I respected's music according to the most Do-It-Yourself ethics possible. I'd rather call Chupacabra an initiative than a label because I don't really have any big plans with it (except for the ones of doing something I enjoy and helping a few people to be heard) and it is run without any kind of pressure or imperatives. Chupacabra is openly anti-racist, anti-sexist, and endorses vegan and straight edge lifestyles (but it doesn't mean I won't like you if you're into Big Macs and PBR). I chose the name "Chupacabra" because of one of my fave X-Files episode entitled "El Mundo Gira" (Season 4, Episode 11.) If you don't know what the Chupacabra is, look it up on the Internet :) |
